Ace Roque

Director, Customer Care, Member and Carelon Services

Ace Roque is the Director of Customer Care, Member and Carelon Services at Carelon Global Services Philippines. He is responsible for providing the best member and provider experience to the Commercial and Government Business Divisions.

He joined Carelon Global Solutions in 2021 as Senior Manager, Member and Diversified Services. Under Ace’s leadership, Member Operations grew from 230 to 639 associates with 100% of leadership positions filled organically. Forty-five associates were promoted and took on roles as subject matter experts. Ace also piloted the internship program for assistant managers (AMs) and operations managers (OMs) in which five associates were promoted to AMs and one AM was promoted to OM.

Ace has more than 11 years of professional experience in business process outsourcing (BPO). He started his career as a professor at Far Eastern University, then transitioned to BPO as a network engineer.

Before coming to Carelon, Ace was the youngest Executive Manager at Accenture. He worked as the Service Delivery Lead for Health Management, Health Administration, and Transportation Mobility for top companies in North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Ace has also done pioneering work in analytics, robotics, and AI.
