Cyril Salvia

Cyril “Cy” Salvia is the Director of Customer Care and Provider Services at Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. He oversees Provider Services operations across all sites in the Philippines. As one of the pioneer operations managers in the organization, he has played a critical role in the successful launch of multiple lines of business.

Prior to Carelon, Cy was a prominent operations leader in several well-known information technology and business process management (IT-BPM) companies. For him, being a leader means empowering his team to achieve success.

Cy has a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Through the work that he and his team does for customers, he is able to fulfill his commitment to care.
