Nicki Agcaoili

Nicki Agcaoili is the Vice President and Chief Country Executive, Carelon Global Solutions Philippines. He is responsible for driving, communicating, and implementing strategic initiatives by ensuring that business programs and projects meet the defined success criteria and are seamlessly executed. In partnership with other leaders, Nicki strives to foster a culture of agility, continuous learning, and more importantly, innovation by fostering a work environment that enables each and every associate to work at their best.

Nicki has over 20 years of industry experience in business process outsourcing and management. Prior to Carelon Global Solutions, he led operations, business development, and account management teams across Philippines, India, Nicaragua, and Vietnam at Straive (formerly SPi Global Solutions), TTEC Holdings, Convergys, and Sykes Asia.

He is a board trustee of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP). He has led numerous initiatives in developing and strengthening relationships with investors, key government partners, and key stakeholders in the industry.

He was also awarded the Nation Builder Award by Asia Leaders Awards and Rising Tigers Magazine for his contributions in helping create job opportunities for local talent and paving the way for a brighter future for Filipino families.

Nicki holds a bachelor’s in creative writing from the University of the Philippines.
